1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of superaijobs.ai (“SuperAIJobs”), operated by Marlborough Advisory Limited (“we”, “us”), company number 07268511, registered office 124 City Road, London EC1V 2NX. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Beta service
SuperAIJobs is in beta. Features may change, be paused or be withdrawn at any time, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. We provide it free of charge to job seekers.
3. What we provide
We collect job listings from companies’ own careers pages and recruiting systems and match them to funding data from MapCo (mapco.ai). We are not an employer, recruiter or employment agency. We do not take applications, screen candidates or take part in hiring decisions.
Every listing links to the employer’s own site. When you apply, you deal directly with that employer, and their terms and privacy policy apply.
4. Accuracy of information
Listings, company details and funding figures come from third-party sources and are updated regularly, but we cannot guarantee they are accurate, complete or current. A role may have closed, changed or been listed in error. Please check details with the employer before relying on them. Nothing on the site is investment, financial or career advice.
5. Your profile
You need a free profile, created with your email address, to use some features. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure and for the information you enter. You may delete your profile at any time by emailing contact@superaijobs.ai. You must be 18 or over to create a profile.
6. Acceptable use
You must not:
- scrape, copy, download in bulk or republish listings, company data or funding data, or use them to build a competing product or dataset
- use automated tools to access the site, other than search engines indexing public pages
- resell or commercially exploit the site or its data without our written permission
- interfere with the site’s security or operation, or try to access data that is not yours
- use the site for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful
We may suspend or close access for anyone who breaks these rules.
7. Intellectual property
The site’s design, software and the compilation of its data are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and database right. Company names, logos and job descriptions belong to their owners and are shown to identify the company and the role. If you own content shown here and want it changed or removed, email contact@superaijobs.ai.
8. Links to other sites
The site links to employers’ sites and other third-party pages. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or how they handle your data.
9. Our liability
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties and are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or its content, including loss of opportunity, income or data.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded under English law. If you are a consumer, you also keep your statutory rights.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. We will show the date of the latest version at the top and, for significant changes, tell registered users by email. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
