1. Who we are
SuperAIJobs (superaijobs.ai) is run by Marlborough Advisory Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 07268511), registered office 124 City Road, London EC1V 2NX. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

SuperAIJobs is currently in beta. We will update this policy as the service changes and tell registered users about significant changes by email.
2. What we collect
- Account details: your email address, used to create your profile and sign you in by email link. We do not use passwords.
- Profile preferences: anything you choose to enter, such as job functions, target titles, seniority, locations, sectors, companies and keywords, and whether you include remote roles.
- Usage data: pages viewed and searches, together with basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and device.
- Messages: anything you send us by email.
We do not ask for your CV, salary or other sensitive information. Please do not enter it in free-text fields.
3. How we use it and our legal basis

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your profile with employers or recruiters. If we introduce a feature that does, we will only include you if you separately opt in.
4. People named in our company data
Company pages show publicly available business information, including funding rounds, investors and news, sourced through MapCo (mapco.ai). This can include the names and roles of founders, executives and investors. We process this on the basis of our legitimate interest in giving job seekers context about potential employers. If you are named and want something corrected or removed, email us.
5. Who we share data with
We use trusted providers to run the service, acting on our instructions:
- Website hosting and domain: 123-reg (UK)
- Email delivery (sign-in links and alerts): Resend (resend.com)
We may also disclose data where required by law, or to a buyer if the business is sold, under the same protections.
6. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.
7. How long we keep it
- Profile and preferences: until you delete your profile, or 24 months after your last sign-in.
- Email alert consent records: for as long as you are subscribed, plus 2 years.
- Server logs: our hosting provider, 123-reg, keeps standard logs (such as IP addresses and pages requested) for security and troubleshooting, under its own retention settings.
- Correspondence: up to 2 years after our last contact.
8. Cookies
We do not use cookies. We use your browser’s session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab, only to keep the site working, for example to remember your search. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers. If that changes, we will ask for your consent before setting any non-essential cookies.
9. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- give you a copy of your data
- correct inaccurate data
- delete your data
- restrict or object to our use of it
- transfer it to you or another provider
You can withdraw consent to alerts at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email. To use any other right, email contact@superaijobs.ai. We will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to resolve it first.
10. Security
We use encrypted connections, password-free sign-in links and access controls to protect your data. No online service is completely secure, so please tell us promptly if you think your account has been misused.
11. Children
SuperAIJobs is intended for people aged 18 and over who are looking for work.
